Brookwood Animal Clinic’s goal is to provide personalized, quality medical and surgical care to our furry, four-legged patients. We strive to offer the best possible service to our clients and their pets, regardless of how serious or minor their medical needs happen to be. Every patient is a priority at Brookwood Animal Clinic.
Amber has worked as the office manager since January of 2011. She is married to Dr. Stachmus. Their two precious kids, Paisley (born in 2010) and Graham (born in 2012) accompany their mom to work every day. They love being around the clients and patients and watching their dad in action helping animals.
Saltria has worked at the clinic since 1993, making her our longest-standing employee after Dr. Lewis. She has been married to Jeff for 20 years and is the mom to 2 beautiful daughters, Kaitlin and Christine. She also has 3 “furry kids” (2 dachsunds and 1 yorkie) named “Romo”, “Savannah” and “Macy”. She loves watching OU, Dallas Cowboys, and NY Yankees.

Dr. Stachmus has worked at Brookwood since 2006 when he graduated with his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Oklahoma State University. He has been married to his wife, Amber, since 2004, and they have two amazing children, Paisley and Graham. He provides exceptional care to dogs, cats, birds, reptiles and other small exotics. He has four dogs, two cats, a pygmy goat and various small critters at home.Elizabeth
“Liz” has been part of our staff since June of 2012 and is a self-described “animal enthusiast”. She is currently attending UCO as a biology major, minoring in Spanish. Her goal is to attend vet school in the future. She has three dogs: “Marley Mae”, “Wilbur”, and “Winston”. She also has two hamsters. She loves painting, reading, and going to the dog park.
